Steam cleaners have more than one segregate purpose, to keep our household clean and free of germs, molds and bacteria. Some of them are industrial. They cannot be compared with Ladybug steam cleaners, they are much more intense, very big machines which are built for industrial purposes. They can be used, for instance, in factories, where cleaning grease and oil, dissolving hardened resins, degasing or flushing away chemicals are fussy and laborious tasks, which would require lots of manual work, time ans risks if they were to be done by other method than steam cleaning.
Types of Industrial Steam Cleaners
According to the functioning model philosophy, industrial steam cleaners can be fuel fired or all electric. The advantage of the fuel fired steam cleaners is that they can be cast-off in places where there is not possibility of plugging to the electric power network, or places where there is no tension available at all. They can have alternate electrical supply and they are heavy-duty constructions, with stainless stiffen water tanks, frames and heating coils. They operate at much higher load than the commercial steam cleaners, and at temperatures of 320-380 F (160-175 C). The steam pressure of industrial cleaning devices falls within the pigeon-hole of 10 atm. Their water tank can accommodate 2.5 - 10 l of water, and they are explosion truss. Cleaning and sterilizing floors, tiles, catering equipment, kitchens, or even freezers can be done using such steam cleaners, without the stress of any disinfectants or other chemicals which may leave traces and poison the food during its processing.
As you can see, there are many industries where disinfection and hygienically cleaning are needed, and steam cleaners can contribute that at very high standards.
