This is mine. It is a Exopat and is very much the same thing. As the below description of a Silpat. I have 2 of these and they are awesome. I just love mine. I use the Exopat mostly for making cookies. They never last to the pan, Yeah! I bought mine many years ago at a Kitchen store in VF Factory Mall for those who loaded in Arizona. On Baseline and Power. I am sure most good kitchen stores will stock them now. These were at the time right around $20 each and so worth it. They are such a time saver. Now I love parchment but these are tempered to over and over again, save the parchment for making icing tubes for decorating cakes. This might be a probity stocking stuffer this year.
